By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Logic Design software, eLearning package, or textbook, you agree to the following terms:

1. License

   All software and digital products are licensed, not sold. Licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable and are valid only for the number of users or seats purchased.

2. Permitted Use

   Products are intended for educational, training, and internal instructional use only. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

   All content, software, simulations, curriculum materials, and textbooks are the property of Logic Design Inc. and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Restrictions

   Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code from any software product.

5. Payment and Access

   Access to digital products may require activation. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in suspension of license access.

6. Refunds

   Software and digital products are non-refundable once delivered or activated, except in cases of verified technical defect.

7. Limitation of Liability

   Logic Design is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

8. Updates

   Product updates are provided in accordance with the purchased license agreement.

9. Governing Law

   These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia.
